If you've been at one of our Sunday gatherings recently, you probably heard about the effort we are making to get and stay connected with our visitors and the people who come to Summit View regularly. The elder board recognized a need to do better in this area, and at the same time God provided the resources, through an anonymous donation, that allowed us to purchase a powerful, web-based system that enables us to move toward that goal.

If you have not completed and returned one of these forms to us yet, please take a few minutes to do so now. You can either mail it back to us or bring it with you on Sunday and leave it at the Hub.

IMPORTANT: We will not be moving your information from our old system to the new one. If you want to continue receiving communication from us we must get this information back from you soon.
